Saffredi ist der Hauptwein des Weinguts Fattoria Le Pupille. Mit dem Jahrgang 2017 feiern wir nicht nur das 30-jährige Bestehen des Weinguts, sondern auch die etablierte Erfahrung und Geschichte des Weinguts als führender Anbieter hochwertiger italienischer Weinproduktion. Dieser Wein entstand aus Elisabettas Intuition und ihrem Wunsch, in der Maremma einen großartigen Wein herzustellen. Dieser Wunsch wurde mit der kostbaren Hilfe von Giacomo Tachis erfüllt. Saffredi legt großen Wert auf Fredi, den, der Elisabettas Begeisterung für Wein geweckt hat.
